ICF Walls forms are a great way to insulate both exterior and interior walls. Studies have shown ICF walls have 60% less energy loss and they have an R-value of 25 and above. You can place siding directly to the exterior walls and drywall directly to the interior walls of the ICF forms. ICF forms do cost more than traditional concrete walls but the added benefits to ICF walls outweigh the cost difference.
